Orders can be made by fax, phone or via e-mail.
The products are shipped by ordinary post or express post.
The prices are given in Euro and Italian liras including VAT and excluding transport cost.
Conditions of payment:
CASH ON DLIVERY - accepted in the following countries: all countries of the European Union (except United Kingdom and Norway), Algeria, Cyprus, Island, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Hungary.
CREDIT CARDS: the payment is made through a secure server.

Zone 1: Europe Zone 2: Africa, Asia, Americas Zone 3: Australia, Oceania
For shipments OUTSIDE ITALY there may be additional charges to the BASE COST:
WEIGHT 1 - 2 KG: + Euro 5,00
WEIGHT OVER 2 KG: + Euro 10,00 - Euro 30,00.
Payment on delivery is accepted for EU countries (except UK, Ireland and Greece) and Switzerland only.

При отправке пакетов весом более 1 кг за пределы Италии добавляется надбавка 5-30 евро.
Для получения счета-фактуры необходимо в момент заказа указать соответствующие налоговые данные
Отправка - в течение 2 рабочих дней (при наличии на складе), 5-8 дней при отсутствии артикула.
В соответствии с законом № 675 от 31.12.96 личные данные клиентов хранятся исключительно в издательских целях (продажа по почте) и не передаются третьим лицам.
